Momofuku-you Wings

My own personal take on the famous Momofuku wings, gochugang for the win!

2 lbs chicken wings
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons minced ginger  
1 green onion, chopped
1 tablespoon gochugang
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons canola oil 
Black pepper

Preheat oven to 475 and cook the wings, spread into an even layer on parchment paper for 45 minutes or until the skin is crispy. Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix well, then toss the wings in enough sauce to coat.
